Working with you

  • Submit your architectural plans, project requirements and construction program schedule
  • We will prepare an initial design proposal and cost estimate free of charge
  • Subject to final agreement on design, specification and cost, we will proceed to construction drawings*
  • Completion and approval of the structural design
  • Detailed drawings submitted for client approval before manufacture can commence
  • Bill of Quantities for the materials supplied
  • Preparation of the Sale and Purchase contract together with delivery schedule and payment terms
  • We will project manage every step of your order from manufacture to delivery to installation

*If you decide to proceed, the design cost will be included in the total agreed price of the project. If you decide to postpone the project, you may be charged with this cost. Whenever you decide to resume, these will be deducted from the final agreed costs of the project.
